About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated senior developer in test/automation to join us and lead our quality domain.
In this role, you will participate in facilitating Moonshot’s test frameworks, and will have complete ownership and freedom in making architectural decisions and creating new frameworks from scratch.
You will be an integral member of the development team and will help it grow and scale while maintaining a high level of quality.
Requirements
- Vast knowledge and acquaintance with testing methodologies, including planning, designing, execution, and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD release cycles
- Experience in implementing, debugging, and executing UI automated tests using Cypress/Selenium
- Experience with API Integration tests and Pub/Sub scenarios
- Hands-on experience in development of automation tests infrastructures and scenarios using Javascript/Java/Python.
- Proven background in leading quality activities from the ideation to implementation
- Excellent written and oral communication and human relationships skills
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a test automation infrastructure
- Preparing tests solid plans, procedures, use cases and tests (both manual and automatic)
- Work closely with the development team to maintain a high level of quality
- working with the product management to ensure that deliverables meet their intended goals.
- Define tests and quality plans for the team releases
- Own production support activities involve team deliveries
- Analyze and report test results to key stakeholders, highlighting test coverage and risks
- Plan and help implement end-2-end automatic tests.

- Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and Serverless architectures
- GraphQL Test and Development
- Docker/K8s
- Typescript/Jest
- Experience with working in a fast pacing startup environment
- Experience with log aggregation and analysis
